Financial Counseling Ministry
The Lawson Road Financial Counseling Ministry uses Biblical principles to assist individuals and families manage their finances and make wise financial decisions.
This is a FREE service offered by the Lawson Road Church of Christ. Our staff of volunteers have all been trained and certified by Crown Financial Ministries.
Using the primary tool of budgeting our financial counselors can assist people to:
• Manage through job loss;
• Create a savings plan;
• Reduce debt;
• Prepare for college; or
• Plan for major purchases (first home, first car, etc.).
Our counselors will not solve your problems for you, but they will encourage and work together with you to find solutions for your particular financial difficulties.
For those seeking general advice, rather than help with specific issues, we regularly run Life Groups. Life Groups allow small groups, of no more than 12 people, to explore the Biblical principles of money management together. These 10 week courses can transform your financial future.
